Harold E. Livingston v. State Indiana

Mark W. Chapin appeals the Montgomery Circuit Courts order granting Patricia Hulses "Consolidated Motion for Relief from Judgment or Order and Motion to Dismiss" on grounds that a prior order, which itself had set aside an earlier judgment, was void. We affirm.
