Defendant-appellant Lawrence E. Uyehara (Uyehara) appeals from the circuit court's order denying his motion to set aside the stipulation and order of dismissal with prejudice of the Hawai'i housing authority's (HHA)*fn1 first amended complaint in eminent domain against the Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate (Trustees). The lessees, including Uyehara, of the affected property, known as the Spinnaker Isle development tract (Spinnaker Isle), were joined as co-defendants.
