Hawkins v. State

This is a petition for post-conviction relief from Hawkinss April 1988 conviction of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and misdemeanor escape and his October 1988 conviction of felony assault. Hawkins appears pro se. He has filed an extensive petition, to which the Attorney General, on behalf of the State, has responded. Hawkins also filed a response to the States response, followed by a motion to deny the States motion to dismiss, with supporting memorandum
