It is alleged in his complaint that on or about the 21st day of March, 1928, he purchased six shares of the preferred stock of the Forbes-Hubbard Lumber Company, an Indiana corporation, and paid therefor $600, the par value of the stock. At the time of and in consideration of the purchase of the stock, the appellees executed the following agreement in writing:
