Publisher Description

In this appeal, E.T. contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the order authorizing the compelled administration of psychoactive medications and that she was entitled to an evaluation by an independent expert before the hearing. Because the evidence is legally insufficient to support the trial courts order, we reverse and render.
