Keller v. La Rissa Inc‪.‬

This action was brought to recover the balance due on a promissory note made by defendants-appellants. Appellants asserted defenses of payment and agreement to forbear, and counterclaimed for the value of collateral security allegedly retained by plaintiff-appellee. The appeal is from a judgment for appellee in the amount found due on the note together with attorneys fees.
