Kellihan v. Shalala

Robert E. Kellihan ("claimant") appeals from a decision of the district court affirming the Secretarys denial of his claim for social security disability benefits, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and supplemental security income benefits, 42 U.S.C. § 1383 (c)(3). We find that substantial evidence supports the Secretarys decision, and we affirm.
