Kiewit Western Co. v. City and County of Denver

Defendant, James Bastin, appeals the judgments of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of first degree sexual assault, sexual assault on a child, and felony murder. He challenges the trial courts change in a jury instruction after closing arguments and the sufficiency of the evidence to support the underlying sexual assault convictions. We affirm.
