Salahat v. Kincaid

This is an appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered against appellants Esmat and May Lynn Salahat in their personal injury suit against appellee Michael Lynn Kincaid. In their sole issue, appellants contend that the trial court erred by granting appellees summary judgment motion because a genuine issue of material fact exists concerning whether appellants claim was time barred by the applicable statute of limitations. We affirm.
