Saleha Bakali v. Gulam Ishaq Bakali

Saleha Bakali appeals from a summary judgment denying her petition for bill of review and awarding her former husband attorneys fees. In four points of error, wife contends that (1) the underlying divorce decree is void and subject to collateral attack, (2) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment, and (3) the trial court erred in awarding attorneys fees to husband. We overrule all points of error and affirm the trial courts judgment.
