State Tennessee v. Isaac Houston Brooks

The felony sentences were based upon the defendant being found to be a Range II multiple offender. The trial court ordered that all sentences were to be served concurrently except for the theft sentence, making an effective sentence of fourteen years in the custody of the Department of Correction.
