Sunny Bank Allotments

Have you ever wondered how fruit and vegetables grow? So have Barney and Pippa! They join their Grampy and his friends at the Sunny Bank Allotments, where they play, learn and grow their own fruit and vegetables – and have amazing adventures along the way!

Based on the animated TV series Sunny Bank Allotments, released by Smart Dog Productions in July 2018, this is the first fully colour illustrated book telling of the adventures of 2 young children, Pippa and Barney, as they discover how exciting and magical nature and growing your own fruit and vegetables can be. Helped along by a host of characters, including a friendly scarecrow, Mr Robin and other people from the allotment community, Pippa and Barney learn all about plants, seeds and animals in their growing adventures.

A family friendly, educational and fun series aimed at preschool children, the TV series and books will help to answer all your children’s questions about where their food comes from, as well as helping them to learn and challenge their own imaginations.
