Tailgates, Inc. v. Baranowski

1) This is a personal injury action arising out of a fight at the Tailgates Bar. Robert Baranowski was caught in the middle of a fight between Joseph Nelson and another, unidentified, patron. The unidentified patron grabbed Baranowski by the hair and threw him against the wall, injuring Baranowskis left arm and hand. Baranowski and his wife sued Tailgates and Nelson.
