Tamika Roberson v. Duval County School Board

Appellant, Timothy Cochran (defendant), appeals his conviction of second degree murder after a jury trial. The conviction arose out of an incident where the defendant shot his wifes brother, Mitchell Szymanski. We reverse because the prosecutors remarks during closing argument warrant a new trial.
