Publisher Description

Robert Lewis Taylor, Jr. appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Over his plea of not guilty, a jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at fifteen years confinement. In three points of error,*fn1 appellant contends (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction, and (2) the trial court erred in admitting expert testimony from a police officer into evidence. For reasons that follow, we overrule appellant's three points of error and affirm the trial court's judgment.
