Throssell v. Gallatin Co. Sch. Dist. 7

Appellant Throssell appeals from the summary judgment of the District Court, Eighteenth Judicial District, Gallatin County, in which the court dismissed Throssells complaint for failure to exhaust his administrative remedies. We vacate the District Courts order and remand the cause to the Gallatin County Superintendent of Schools with instructions.
