By their first three assignments of error, defendants contend that the Industrial Commission erred in ruling "... (a) [t]hat the picnic and attendant activities, in the course of which plaintiff was injured, furthered his employers interests, and (b) [t]hat the plaintiffs injury arose out of and in the course of his employment."
