Yarbro v. Koury

Under date of April 4, 1958, defendant made, executed and delivered to plaintiff a promissory note in the amount of $24,000 payable one year after date with interest at 6% per annum, payable annually, and providing for a $500.00 attorney fee in the event of suit to collect or employment of an attorney for such purpose.
