Las borrascas del titulo no solo se presentan en la desolada naturaleza donde se desarrolla la accion sino en las almas de los personajes, una serie de seres humanos frustrados entre los que se destaca el amargado Heathcliff, que vive para la venganza por haber sido menospreciado, debido a sus orígenes humildes.
The storms of the title not only appear in the desolate nature where the action takes place but also in the souls of the characters, a collection of frustrated human beings among whom the bitter Heathcliff stands out. He lives for revenge for having been rejected, due to his humble origins.
