Ghosts can haunt the living....
King and Slater are independent operators, outlawed from their government for good, free to deliver vigilante justice to those who need it most. Las Vegas, with its murky history and seedy underworld, serves as the perfect hunting ground. Below the hedonism, away from the bright lights and alluring fantasy, there's an entrenched web of corruption. 
They offer their services to a woman about to serve a decade in prison for a crime she didn't commit, and what begins with the infiltration of an unlicensed club in Chinatown unravels into an all-out war against retired cops, bent judges, a sociopath District Attorney, and the legion of hired muscle who serve them.
