In this appeal, Harry Strickland (Appellant) contends that the trial court erred in granting the preliminary objections of Appellee University of Scranton (the University) and the motions for summary judgment filed by both the University and Appellee Indira Srivastava (Appellee) filed in response to Appellant's multi-count complaint. We affirm.
