Charm and Illusion

Pell's a magician -- in a way.  At least, he's Latent -- which doesn't count for much.  It just means that he had powers, of a kind, once -- but something went wrong.  Now he's mundane, now he's just like you and me.

That's until his Powers come back, mysteriously.  Which would be good news -- except for his beautiful, rich, hot boyfriend Stephen.  Who hates Magic...
