Fractured

He says I should trust him.
As if I had a choice.

I find solace in his embrace - but I'm terrified by the things he wants me to do.

He says he'll do anything to protect me. And when I'm with him, it's easy to believe those words.
But they also speak of the menace that surrounds me.
A danger that he put me in.

And even if I make it out alive, one question remains...

What will happen to us?
