It's 2027.

When a refugee comes to her one day asking for help finding her missing husband, Kerri reluctantly takes the job.

The more questions Kerri asks, the more she's thrust into a world where she doesn't belong and one she doesn't understand. A world of crime and greed and violence and death.

Along the way she'll encounter the underbelly of Phoenix's drug trade running through the refugee camps.

She becomes the target of Remy Storm, a nefarious villain that'll stop at nothing to achieve money and power and status.

Kerri has to summon the courage to take them out in this novel of corruption, scandal and deceit going to the highest levels of Phoenix's economy, culture and politics.
