Rowan has two people in her life affected by the curse that makes folks invisible and steals the memory of them. The first is in desperate need of curse-breaking as she is pregnant, and time is a factor. Freeing her is a priority, and keeping her lover at bay is Rowan's assignment.

When Mell is freed, Rowan asks for help for her Aunt Aspen, who physically removed her curse band and immediately dissipated. Rowan kept her close to home, but it has been an effort, and she is getting tired.

Magic, mages, and elves fill her home, and Rowan uses the urge to cater to keep everyone who is putting themselves out for her family energized. Sometimes, you have to fall back on what you know when curses seem to follow your family.
