Hard Times

“Hard Times” is the tenth novel by the great English writer Charles Dickens. The novel represents itself with another novels “Bleak House” and “Little Dorrit” the trio of social breaking novels appraising problems of English society and highlights the social and economic pressures of the times. The novel was criticized at first appearing by contemporaries, mainly due to sarcastic image of England and a very tangled complex plot. But later numerous talented contemporaries all over the world made a number of positive reviews about one of the best Dickens's works.
