Interference Disability

There are all types of handicaps which are entitiled to a disability allowance. Shysters, however, don't hesitate to apply, always hopeful of getting something for nothing.
Shirley Cole would like to work but she has an unusual disability. So near to retirement, she is nevertheles forced to apply for help. Will she get it?
