Mahsati Ganjavi

On 16 January 2013, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on holding celebrations of the 900th birth anniversary of Mahsati Ganjavi. Later, the 36th Session of the General Conference of UNESCO also decided to celebrate internationally the 900th birth anniversary of Mahsati Ganjavi the celebration was held on 17 May 2013 at the headquarter of UNESCO in Paris.
