SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION Per Curiam On October 2, 1991, this Court handed down its opinion in this disciplinary case finding misconduct and imposing a public reprimand. The case is now before us on a petition by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission for clarification of the imposed sanctions.
