William Ulrich and Dennis Paulaha, a PhD economist, joined forces to come up with what they say is a solution to America’s healthcare problem that should appeal to Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. They say their solution will increase the health, wealth, happiness, and well-being of Americans, increase incomes, profits, and economic growth, and, according to their research, not add to government spending or taxes.
