Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Antonio I. Brandveen, J.), rendered December 19, 1991, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of two counts of murder in the second degree, and one count each of attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him, respectively, to consecutive terms of imprisonment of 25 years to life, 25 years to life, 8 1/3 to 25 years, and 5 to 10 years, and to a concurrent term of 5 to 15 years, affirmed.
