Performance Report & Action Plan encorporating the Emergency Cover Review 2013

The Performance Report and Action Plan details the outcomes of the review we have undertaken of our emergency response provision. The Emergency Cover Review has looked strategically at all our front line emergency response capability and relative risk and activity levels. It has arrived at a number of proposals that will deliver the most savings with the least impact on our ability to deliver an effective emergency response to the County.
