Affordable healthcare has ended, but the partying goes on. All of society’s addicts move to an island which mysteriously provides more drugs than chocolate eggs on an Easter egg hunt. On this smokers’ paradise, Easter comes everyday.

This medical dystopia must now welcome Kaspara, a woman warrior hellbent on getting her brother off the island. She knows invalid islanders don’t quite die of cancer here. They die of rats who eat the cancer last. Chris, an opportunistic forager, knows life and death here too well. When Chris meets Kaspara, the fittest woman around, he wants to use her for one thing: to help him quit smoking at gunpoint. Together they embark on a twisted journey to save Kaspara’s brother from self destruction. But on an island too tempting for civilization, can anyone truly leave?
