A Canadian icebreaker vanishes in the Northwest Passage. Hours later, Quebec erupts in violent separatist attacks. To the world, the events look unconnected. They aren’t.

Zeb Carter and his team are in Quebec, training with Canada’s covert counterterror unit, JTF2, when the crisis explodes.

A missing icebreaker isn’t their kind of mission.

But violence against allied nations is,  and when they, alongside JTF2, are green-lighted, all bets are off.
