Raised on Dirt and Sunshine: A Book of Short Stories



This is a book of short stories about my life growing up in Kentucky, in the 1950’s and 60’s. My adventures include lots of time spent with my family, especially my Grandmother and each one of those memories is etched in my mind.

Those were the days when kids could be kids; living life to the fullest with no worries other than getting home before dark. Perhaps you might say, a more peaceful time, when people were more civilized or maybe we all just lived simpler lives.
