Rudyard Kipling's Men and Machines

Kipling wrote many poems about men of action and ordinary men who did things. He had an obsession with the workings of machines and technology which featured in his works. He also wrote about his concern for conservation and the environment. This book is a short commentary on some of these poems and their relevance to our modern society.
