Supergirl is all that stands between Lord Dichon and widespread death and destruction. Unable to take control of her shape-shifting body, Dichon sets in motion a new plan that will destroy a city. Argus gets a deadly new suit, which promptly goes haywire when he tries to stop the arms dealer who destroyed his original costume.
