Descripción editorial

It has since been recognized as one of the world's most influential political manuscripts. Commissioned by the Communist League, it laid out the League's purposes and program. It presents an analytical approach to the class struggle (historical and present) and the problems of capitalism, rather than a prediction of communism's potential future forms.

A few valid criticisms of capitalism, however communism has proven time and time again that it's fundamentally flawed; forced cooperation and a centrally controlled economy in order to allow more "leisure" and less "exploitation" are simply not realistic expectations in such a complex society with many wants and few needs... Capitalism has been able to evolve since the 19th century; government regulation and state funded social programs as well as adequate competition (both supply and demand-side) has led to the wealthiest and most prosperous nations for the common man than ever before.
