Great book!
Great book on the R171 SLK! I’m huge fan and owner of an R171, so I obviously got this book. It did not disappoint! It’s clear that the author is an expert in MB cars.
The book is full of details such as: the history of the car, technical data, special editions with real pictures, and sales performance up to a buyer’s guide on what to pay attention when buying such a car, including second hand prices, even what it’s like to ride a SLK 55 AMG.
A lot of the information in the book is not listed in the brochures nor the owner’s manual.
If you are an owner or a fan of the R171 you definitely need to have this book.
