Descripción editorial

Leo Babauta is the creator of Zen Habits, a blog about simplicity, habits and mindfulness. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and six kids.

Leo started his journey in changing his life in 2005, when he quit smoking and then took up running.

Over the course of the next year or so, he ran a marathon, lost 30+ lbs. (and eventually 70 lbs.), became vegetarian and then later vegan, reduced and then eliminated his debt, started waking earlier, procrastinating less, and got rid of all his clutter.

He started Zen Habits to share what he learned in changing a few dozen habits, and today helps people change their lives through his books and his Sea Change habit program.

Exerpt from this book:

"This book is written out of gratitude for my wonderful readers, who’ve been a constant source of encouragement and support over the years. It has meant more than I can express. Thank you."

"The root of all of our problems is our inability to let go.

I gleaned this idea from a book on Zen Buddhism one day a few years ago, and it struck me in its simplicity.
