In Trigonometry and Architecture, the reader will find the answers to these questions by working on assignments which involve calculations relating to gables and rafters used in houses and other buildings.


The reader will be working on calculating the sides and angles of right-angled triangles, using the trigonometric functions of sine, cosine and tangent. In addition, the use of the unit circle in trigonometry is explained and there are assignments based on Pythagoras theorem.
