United States v. Thompson

RodneyThompson and Andre Carter (collectively, "Defendants") appealtheir convictions and sentences for bank robbery, attempted bank robbery, and two counts of brandishing a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) and (d); 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A)(ii); and 18 U.S.C. § 2. They argue that the district court committed a variety of errors both during the trial and at sentencing.
