Silver Point wasn’t a place I ever wanted to come home to. But what starts as helping a friend turns into so much more…



I might have grown up in Silver Point, but LA is my home now. I’ve made a career for myself there, a life, and coming back to the small town I was raised in has never been on my radar.



But when my best friend needs my help, everything changes. She’s the closest thing I’ve ever had to a sister, and she needs me. That’s the only reason I’m staying–until she’s well, and not a minute longer. Nothing is going to change that–certainly not the boy I once had a crush on, who grew up to be one of Silver Point’s firefighters, and somehow still every bit the jerk that I remember.



Or is he?



I want to keep as far away from him as possible. But Silver Point is a small town, and one thing after another keeps bringing us closer together. It’s easy to get caught up in what could have been–what could still be, if I changed my mind. Until I discover that the boy I knew has a secret…one that I’m not sure I can forgive.



This town could be what brings us back together–or it could be what drives us apart forever.
