We are America

This book is the culmination of almost 4 years' worth of work for a group of students at Blackstone Academy Charter School in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. After studying the first wave of US immigration in United States History, students decided that they wanted to write a book about the current wave of immigration, the wave that seems more relevant to them and their community. In the middle of this process, a student took on this book as her senior project. Her work and dedication were invaluable to the process and without her I do not think the product would be complete or look as good as it does.
