Baiduska

Baiduska- Based on a traditional song of Thrace-Greece, transcripted for guitar.

‘Baiduska’ is a traditional dance of Thrace, while the musical themes of the project come from the traditional song ‘Down in Roide’.
The personal contribution is to “enrich” with original melodic passages, figures,
harmonies and improvisational parts. The result is a work that comes from tradition, grafted with new elements and a writing that responds to the solistic character of classical guitar.
