Publisher Description

This book tries to outline the descendants of Symon DeForest and Mary McGinness. The majority of these descendants were/are in Canada. The descendants of Symon & Mary DeForest appear to have lived in southern Ontario, Canada where they spread throughout a number of Counties surrounding Niagara Falls, Ontario from the early 1800s to the late 1900s. Many DeForest descendants were found in the Halton County area. The majority of these family details are a collective effort of many of those descendants who have shared their family details. Family Trees can often have missing branches or twigs and this book is no exception. The book is created to help preserve some of the DeForest family history and hopefully to serve others searching for their roots.
