Essential Love - A Mom's Story, is the first in a series of books that will highlight an individual's plight through uncharted territory with their family in tow. This series welcomes all people and all types of families, but this particular story is for the mommas, and in general, for anyone who might be struggling as a caretaker.

Although our own experiences throughout the COVID-19 global pandemic are unique, they are shared. Each one of us has collectively gone through a very traumatic time. Every person needs to hear they are safe and loved and that tomorrow is another day. And, depending on the day, it might take a little bit more to survive the next 24 hours. So, consider this book and the mantras in it, as reminders of the simple things a reader may already know, but could have forgotten.
