Gabriel Ramos v. State Texas

A jury convicted Gabriel Ramos, Appellant, of aggravated sexual assault and subsequently assessed punishment at 40 years imprisonment. In seventeen points of error, Appellant seeks review of the judgment rendered. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
