Publisher Description

CELEBREZZE, ANTHONY J., Senior Circuit Judge. The petitioner pro se, John W. Gall, appeals a district court order denying his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion to revise sentence. Gall avers that the district court wrongfully ordered him to pay restitution for losses arising from three crimes charged against him, which were dismissed by the government in exchange for his guilty plea to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
