Geico General Insurance Co. v. Hoy

GEICO General Insurance Company petitions for a writ of certiorari to review a non-final order that requires it to produce its claim file to its insured, Lorraine Hoy. Because Ms. Hoys pending action against GEICO includes a claim for coverage under the uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) policy provided by GEICO, we grant GEICOs petition and quash the discovery order.
